Yes. Order interchangeable engraved rolls with different designs and swap them into your existing handle in seconds, no need to buy a new roller for each design, season or campaign.

No, the base kit is the handle and your engraved roll. The marker is sold separately so you get the right ink type and color for your surface. The buy box suggests the matched marker automatically, so your order is never incomplete by accident.

We tested more than ten manufacturers and marker types and kept only the ones that give an even, reliable transfer through the engraved roll. They're all from proven producers and each one is matched to the band width it actually fits.

It depends on your surface and how permanent you want the mark. Acrylic (e.g. Molotow 627HS) is the matte, water-based all-rounder for kraft and cardboard. Alcohol and oil inks dry fast and bond to coated or non-porous surfaces. Chalk is for smooth surfaces and erasable marks. Use the ink matcher on the markers page.

Kraft paper, corrugated board, mailer boxes, bags, tissue, packing tape, wood, fabric, and with the right ink also metal, concrete and brick. Match the ink to the surface and the band comes out clean.

Yes, that's the whole point. Type your text when ordering, or send a vector logo (.svg, .eps, .ai, .pdf) and we'll prepare the artwork. Either way we send you a free proof to approve before anything is engraved. See the artwork guidelines for what engraves best.

Check the artwork guidelines, add your roller (and matched marker) to the cart, and pay by card at our secure Stripe checkout. You'll get an order confirmation by email right away, then we contact you to finalize the artwork and approve your free proof before production.

Custom rollers and engraved rolls are typically produced within 5 business days of proof approval, reply quickly on the design and it's usually faster. In-stock markers and refills ship without the production wait.

After production: roughly 3-6 business days within the EU, 4-8 to the UK, 6-10 to the US and Canada, and 7-14 elsewhere. You get a tracking link by email the moment your order is dispatched.

Three things: the marker has ink and the tip isn't dried out (shake it and pump the nib on scrap paper), the surface is clean and dry, and the tip sits flush against the roll, adjust the pressure at the handle base. Light, even pressure prints better than pressing hard.

Roll off excess ink on scrap paper until no color transfers, always re-cap your markers, and never wash the engraved roll with solvents, they can damage the surface that carries your design.
