Lay your text and logo onto the real imprint band, on a millimetre ruler. The editor runs the same checks our production does, so you see straight away whether a design will engrave cleanly. Every order still gets a human check and a free proof before anything is engraved.
Click anything on the band to edit it here. Drag to move, arrow keys for fine steps.
Start typing. We fit it around the wheel for you.

We check every layout before production and send a free proof to approve before engraving.
A roller stamp prints one endless band, so the wheel has to meet ink at a steady rhythm. Empty horizontal stretches wider than 5 mm print as bare patches and make the wheel skid, which is why the editor blocks them and offers to fit your design around the wheel instead.
The design also has to fit its repeat. The band lengths are real circumferences: 150 mm on Rolly M and 3.0, 200 mm on Rolly L, with 15 mm of printable width on M and L and 30 mm on the 3.0. The editor keeps a 1 mm safety inset from the band edges.
Uploaded logos are checked for effective print resolution. Below 100 DPI at the placed size an engraving shows visible pixel steps, so the order is blocked; below 250 DPI you get a softness note. The editor accepts PNG and JPG files and removes white backgrounds automatically. Vector files (.svg, .eps, .ai, .pdf) are welcome too: attach them on the product page and we lay them out for you.
None of this replaces the human check. We review every layout before production and send a free proof to approve, so nothing is engraved until you have seen exactly what will print.
